Most “personal massagers” have lithium batteries in them. This means they cannot be checked into luggage without the risk of a fire, resulting in the deaths of passengers (including yourself). The cheaper the battery, the greater the risk. Personal massagers are Chinese junk, so the risk seems pretty high. The alternative is to carry your personal massager in your carry-on luggage. I have seen the shame that belongs to the person with the vibrating bag in security and I don’t want to be a contributing party. My wife would probably run screaming from the airport laughing. This little buzzer is not going to wow anybody with the build quality, but it only takes an AA battery. If you’re looking for that confused stare that lasts 20 seconds without the risk of fiery death on an airplane, this is pretty darn good. If you want to carry this onto the plane, just take the battery out.
