Addendum: The seller was willing to refund me, so I’m happy with how everything was resolved.Really shocked by how heavy it was when I opened it – it won’t stay placed on its own if your hands want to go somewhere else. Also VERY loud motor that I found distracting. I also wish there were gentler settings, because level 1 is really jarring as a warm-up. Unfortunately its non-returnable, but its not enjoyable to use, so I’m not sure what to do with it……
