When I first used the toy, I didnt like it much. It was uncomfortable, couldnt figure out the buttons, and the vibration seemed a little too much. I decided to give it another try but this time I turned it around so the tongue part was toward my backside and I really enjoyed using it this way. It stayed in place and gave some nice back door action that really did it for me. I am satisfied with the toy overall.

?? this is an update to my previous review . The owner reached out to me after seeing my review and my emails and made sure that I was going to be satisfied . They sent me a new item. The new item was a different model and this one works perfectly . Perfect customer service.??????The instructions say to charge this for at least 2 hours it’s a very flimsy connection to the item it’s held together by a magnet instead of an actual USB port. I charged it for 2 hours tried to turn it on and it would not turn on then I then charged it up for another half hour. Yhe lights became solid,I disconnected it tried to use the remote it still wouldn’t work the bad part was you can’t just directly return it to Amazon you have to get in touch with the company, which I did. They wanted to know all the pertinent information where I bought it, the order number, I even sent them pictures. We went back and forth twice and then all of a sudden she just didn’t answer my email so this morning ( the next day) I waited to see if she responded I still didn’t get an answer so I sent the video that I’m actually using for this review. They never got back to me, so I had to call Amazon and tell him what was going on, and Amazon got my refund.
