Received item yesterday and fully charged it before use. Also downloaded the iphone app and was able to bind the item to my phone. Hand held remote does light up when buttons are pressed.The unit was well packaged and seems well built. However, Item does not work using the hand held remote or via the app. I contacted the company via the app contact menu but have not heard back yet. Item is not returnable so requested a new item be sent.Update- Although not mentioned in the included instructions (I looked 3 times!), I finally stumbled on the on/off switch on the vibrator itself. It is located between the charging contacts and the heart-shaped magnet. Once the item is powered on, the hand held remote and the app can now control the vibration.
