I received my item in working condition, I cant speak to durability because I just got it, the motor on mine seems to lag when I apply deep pressure to my body.The contoured attachment is a game changer, I have used it for tight upper trap muscles because it hugs the shoulders perfectly.I used it on my pecs and it works wonders to relieve the tension, I used it on my glutes and lower back and its perfect, I used it on the side of my lower back and it worked perfectly.I am perimenopausal with scoliosis upper and lower so joint pain and tight muscles have become my new normal unfortunately.I have had other massage guns which are much more powerful but for me its the contoured attachment I need, the screw method of attaching the heads in my opinion is a horrible design flaw because it ends up unscrewing itself often.
