Seems to be well-made and sturdy. The case is very good as are the accessories. It holds a charge over approximately 8+ uses. I have a problem with the charging indicator…It registers 99%, 80%, 60%, 40%, 20%, 0%. From 20% to OFF it drops very quickly. This should be changed to a better read-out…more accurate.

This replaced an older massager that finally gave up the ghost. I used it, and now this one, to relieve muscle cramps in the middle of the night. The old massager was very powerful, and I was afraid this one wouldn’t be, but no worries. It delivers on that score very well. It’s also so light weight, and therefore so much easier to handle than the old one! And more compact – that also contributes to its ease of handing, and I can keep it stored close by and not take up a ton of space. It also stays powered up much longer than I expected. All in all, a great buy. Since nothing is perfect, I will say that there isn’t quite enough room in the case to store all the various heads that come with it without them being stored just ‘so-so’. I really only use one of the heads, so I removed the rest and stored them nearby. Also, it takes a bit longer to turn this massager on and turn it up to full speed – a bit frustrating when a cramp is making life miserable, but these minor complaints aren’t enough to make me take away a star.

Nothing wrong, in fact it’s really impressive! BUT IMO that’s the problem -this should be for professional athletes, at chiropractic/physical/massage therapy offices. (If that’s you, go ahead!!) I got it for the many speeds (20?) as I like a lot of pressure, but I was surprised how strong it was? (again, IMO). Level 5 was strong enough! For the average athlete/exerciser, something more basic would be enough. (I’m 45, workout 6 days a wk) . It’s pretty solid/heavy too.
