The vibrator shipped and arrived very fast. It worked very well to stimulate, when I played with my partner! She enjoyed it very much!

I did have an issue with the buttons, as there isn’t any contrast to them, with regards to feel and sight The red light behind the power button is really hard to see and there isn’t any raised or lowered indents or symbols to feel for.
The other issue which I’m not 100% sure about is the battery life. The vibrator seemed to weaken and run down very quickly. I’d say like 10-15 min running at constant medium speed. It would disappoint me very much, if this is the case.
I will give this a 3 star rating because of the buttons and the tentative battery issue.
My issue with this unit was handled swiftly by a customer service representative named Gigi M. The representative handled the situation swiftly and to my satisfaction! This bumps the rating up a star to 4! Great Job!
