They have a ton of different settings so you can find the one that suits you best. For me, I like a most modest vibration and the one that is kinda like a slow dot-dot-dash kinda pattern. They hold in place extremely well, and obviously depending on where you clamp them at they can be pleasant or a little painful. They are super easy to use and you can either choose the setting by hitting the power button on the device itself or using the included remote. The remote is a little more user friendly I think and is a perk if you want to give you partner control. They’re a fun little addition to the bedroom.
