The vibrations are mostly centered in the larger of the two shafts and pretty intense. The narrower one has almost none and is rather flimsy but that may be ok for some, while the larger shaft is very firm. Overall not a bad product, no offensive smell. Would like to see the vibrations increased in the narrower shaft for better stimulation.
