This should be in the manual. Do NOT start off by turning the spinning on. It’s too much and too weird and way too fast. Just use the suction (lips icon) and vibration at first. Set the suction to 2nd lowest setting (20) by clicking it twice and turn the left button (vibration) on. Now insert yourself half way and keep medium pressure on the device up and away from you. The suction will cycle on and draw the device down on you, then it releases and your upward pressure will move it up the shaft, before cycling back on drawing it down. After reading many user reviews, I chose this one among other similar ones because of Mrgras’ reputed customer service. And I’m sure glad that I did. On the day I received the product, I fully charged it before going through a functional check of the suction, stroke and vibration modes. Well, 2 out of 3 modes worked fine, but the vibration mode did not. I notified Mrgras customer service since Amazon’s return policy does not cover this type of product. Believe it or not, I got a same day email reply from Mrgras customer service during the holiday week! They advised me that the stroking sleeve can become dislodged during shipping so the spring-loaded contacts of the control module may not be making electrical connection with the stroking sleeve socket. It turns out that the stroking sleeve has to be pushed down on the control module until you hear the CLICK of the plastic locking tabs of the sleeve socket latching on to the control module. Problem solved, Christmas saved. As for the product, the first time I used it, I started with the vibration mode, and then turned on the suction. Oh yeah. By then, the stroking mode was the coup de grace.

Wonderful pump. All positive reviews are spot on.There are multiple side-to-side rotating settings. That is my fav part of the pump. I stick to either 1st or 2nd setting because the s-t-s action is constant and 1 way. Anything settings after that, the rotation switches but it has a moment of pause before it switches rotation, which hampers my enjoyment. But that’s me. I’m sure others are fine with that. The suctions also feels very good.Couple of things to note. If your member girth is wider, it’ll slow down the side-to-side action. When at that point in use, I wondered if the motor will overheat and lessen the battery life. So I instead just not put my member in far for the motor to slow down. There are enough “feelers” to still feel very good.I wished that I could keep the device plugged in instead to not rely on the battery but I think I read that you cannot do that. Direct plug to motor would be so much better.There isn’t way to replace the battery when it finally dies. So once the battery is dead, the pump goes in the trash. Seems very wasteful and costly.

I took a chance on this product as I was looking for something more pleasurable in the bedroom. I went through some of the other reviews before I purchased, especially the 1-3 star reviews and sat on it for awhile before deciding to purchase. There are various different complaints which I feel could just be user error. The first one I received worked great until about three weeks in which is when the suction on it stopped working. Honestly, probably my favorite feature of the device. I reached out to their customer service and they shipped me a new one free of charge. That being said I do not know why people are saying the customer service is bad or did not get a response or that this is a scam. Service was great, fast on the replies, and worked with me on trying to fix it before shipping a new one.I am a little above average when it comes to the size of my member (length and girth). If you use the suction and the thrusting/rotation at the same time and insist on having your member all the way in the sleeve, the rotation and thrusting will slow due to the pressure. I recommend having it pulled slightly away, allowing it to function better without issue. I also recommend lubing your member rather than the sleeve itself for a better experience. The product is easy to take apart, clean and put back together. While not everything is perfect, I think this is probably one of my favorite toys. I have paid more for worse products. Battery life is fine, charging time is fine, it feels great and I hope this helps everyone in making a better decision on whether to purchase the product.

I’m trying to figure out where to start. This company spares no expense in their products. I even had to share a picture of the box as it has magnetic closures on the lid. This item came with C-rings, lubrication, and a USB charging cable. When it comes to the item itself, it stands alone as king of the mountain. Looking at the picture I showed of the control panel, so many of these do what this does but this one has 3 individually set controls, whereas every other product I’ve used in the past incorporates multiple setting in a single button. Starting at 12 o’clock is the main power, 3 o’clock is the spin/stroke feature, 6 o’clock is suction, and 9 o’clock is vibration. What I love with this compared to all of the others is vibration doesn’t have to be used with the spin/stroke, and neither does suction. If you just want vibration, you can use only that without any other function. Each of the 3 main functions can be used independently or all at the same time, and each function has multiple variations. The suction feature, IMHO, is hands down the best I’ve used in all of the toys that I’ve used, and I found myself edging over and over and over just with suction alone. This company is new to me, but I’ll definitely be keeping my eyes open. Clean-up is extremely easy as the shell unlocks with a twist and pops off, allowing access to the sleeve inside for easy removal, cleaning, and reinstallation. This product has been so good, knowing what it can do, I would’ve paid more for this one easily. Ok, so this is the first toy Ive gotten specifically for the hubby – and WOW! The suction feature was the fan favorite – it has quite a bit of pull! Vibration is good too, might take him a little getting used to. The rotation one was interesting! It seems so aggressive (see video), I thought it would be uncomfortable! He likes it, but hes just girthy enough that you can hear the motors slow down a bit. Hopefully that wont interfere with the longevity of the motor.Packaging – totally discreet, normal brown Amazon box, thank the heavens! Inside its still very incognito, black box with some design, but doesnt say what it was. Very nice box too – would make a substantial looking gift. Comes packaged with a charger, and 2 packages of lube.Make sure to use water based lube! Toy could technically be used without it, but if you are going to town with it youll want some lube.Comes apart easily, to wash each part. Its 5 pieces in total, and they easily go back together too. Youll need to read the manual, but it tells you to fill the canister with water while still together, and turn on the suction feature to expel the water – the water will come squirting out of the bottom of the machine, so make sure you have it held over the sink! I pointed it incorrectly and doused my shirt.The top lip part is a very soft piece of silicone, makes it pleasant to use, and slide on. No worries about a rough edge.This thing works even if he is not fully erect – it will definitely get him there! You may need to experiment around, but the suction feature gets things rolling, thats for sure.The toy itself is substantial – so its kind of heavy. You or he will need to hold onto it the whole time youre using it.I would definitely recommend it! Its a fun toy to add to the bedroom.
